Descrição

: The story takes place in Shanghai in 2019. In Feng Xiaoqin's eyes, the 37-year-old aunt Gu Qingyu is an "old girl" who can't marry, but in front of her she always says: "Sister, you are the person I admire most." Gu Qingyu is also full of doubts about this sister-in-law from another region. His younger brother Gu Lei has a disabled leg and if not for his Shanghai household registration, he would be basically useless. Gu Qingyu was wary of this woman with the words "change her destiny" written all over her face, and sometimes hoped that she would be sincere to her brother. The story starts from Gu Qingyu's "fake marriage" in order to buy a house, and tells the drastic changes experienced by the four generations of the Gu family in the process of changing houses. Gu Lei died unexpectedly, and Feng Xiaoqin grew up step by step, supporting the family alone. Gu Qingyu's transition from marriage to divorce also subverted her understanding of life and family.
