Description

: The unrest caused by the rebellion in Chang'an remains unresolved, and people's hearts are in turmoil. The current emperor prepares to hold a grand banquet for the former emperor to stabilize public sentiment by opening the granaries and distributing food. The King of Phantom Beasts and Demons, Ghost Cart, plans to take advantage of this event to deploy an ancient formation, absorbing the essence of the people and subverting humanity. With the power of the phantom beasts, it seeks to control the world. Hao Longxiao, a constable of the Dali Temple in Chang'an, was once one of the elite guards, known as the "Sixteen Guards," who served the emperor closely. Possessing extraordinary skills, he embarks on a perilous journey to acquire various artifacts necessary for the formation in order to save his sister, Li Mengli, who was harmed by the demonic beasts. Unbeknownst to him, Ghost Cart manipulates him for its own agenda. When the formation is activated, Hao Longxiao unveils Ghost Cart's sinister conspiracy and engages in a life-and-death battle against it. At a critical moment, Hao Longxiao unlocks his divine power, discovering that he is the reincarnation of the phoenix, the divine totem of the phantom beasts. The confrontation between the phoenix and Ghost Cart shakes heaven and earth, ultimately leading to their mutual destruction as they merge together in a fiery blaze. This heroic sacrifice saves the common people and brings salvation to the world.
