: Hong Kong business giant Li Shaobang has been engaged in short-sales business for a long time, using the relationship between business circle and political circle to make dirty money. His actions are soon detected by the Commercial Crime Investigation Division, and Inspector James and his partner John are in charge of the case. James' girlfriend Suki is a white-collar worker in a company, and her boss Huang Weilian has been colluding with Li Shaobang.
