: Two fairy monkeys are close friends. Liu Er met the Dragon Lady and got a string of beads. The two monkeys traveled a long way to the Heavenly Pillar, trying to find a way to guard their home. Dragon Lady saved them and fell in love with Hou Ji whom she thought was Liu Er. Driven by jealousy, Liu Er was seduced by the Serpent Devil and killed the old monkey. The brotherhood was broken.
