So, Mr. Gei sent a corrupt cop Sam to prevent the big fight from happening and keep Mr. Lung safe. He meets a suspicious bald man named Tony and Maggie, who keep following him around and disrupting his personal business. Later, it is found out that Tony was sent by Hong, the big boss, to kill both triad leaders. After some arrangement, Tony kills both triad leaders and makes Sam the scapegoat.
