: Li Jiacheng is an incompetent regional manager of a Hong Kong company, which is used by Tian Hua, Li’s underling, for money laundering. Xu Yingxiong is a Hong Kong policeman suspended from his duties. By accident, Xu learns that only Li Jiacheng can obtain the crime evidence of Tian Hua.
