: Gu Dade (Wu Ma) lives a monotonous and frugal life alone in a Shanghai lane since his son and daughter-in-law moved to the United States. Only when his god-daughter (Carina Lau) comes to see him, he will cook a few more dishes in a good mood. One day, a call from his son breaks his peaceful life.
