Description

: The Harbin-originated, notorious Heilungbo, which gathers a large number of Korean-born workers and illegal immigrants across the border of China, launches a large-scale invasion of Seoul, South Korea in 2004. It is an emerging criminal organization led by Jiang Chen (Yoon Kye-sang). Known for his brutality and unscrupulousness, Jiang Chen commits all sorts of crimes for money, quickly threatening the local gangs, and wants to dominate South Korea. Seoul is caught in gang panic. At this moment, Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-seok)—legendary police officer known for his iron fists and ability to handle a whole area of criminals in one day, launches a special operation to sweep Seoul invaded by underground forces. He vows to eliminate the entire Heilungbo, giving them the most direct blow.
