Description

: Given the fact that the Chinese police do not have the right to enforce the law overseas, the investigation task force led by Director Gao Xiaotian works alongside foreign judiciaries, during which they show great talent, courage as well as excellent detective skills. They hunt down Lin Guoxiong, a Taiwanese criminal mastermind who swindled millions from the Chinese mainland through telecom scams.
