Description

: Chopper rescues a burly and sturdy fellow, the former Marine Admiral Z who has trained numerous outstanding disciples. Z is extremely hateful to the pirates because of a certain past incident, and after learning the identity of Luffy and others, he turns against them. He brews a horrible plan to lead the NEO Marines to destroy the pirates.
