"Lyan Zhang was born in Beijing on February 7th, 1992, and graduated from The Central Academy of Drama. In 2010, she was cast in the costume comedy ""Happy"" which led to her official entry into the acting industry. In 2013, she starred in her first theatrical film ""Heart Curse"" in which she played the role of Xiao Zhou, the personal assistant of the male protagonist. In 2015, she starred in the horror movie ""Who in the Pool"" and was called the Goddess of Horror by her fans for her role as Xiao Die in the movie. In May 2016, she starred in the thriller ""Bloody House."" In the same year, she participated in the Sohu variety show ""Powerless Society."" In February 2017, she starred in China's first psychic body swap thriller ""Hunted Sisters."""
