Jun Ji Hyun is a South Korean actress born on October 30th, 1981, in Seoul. In 1997, she started working as a model. In 1999, she acted in the film "White Valentine" and won Best New Actress at the Baeksang Arts Awards. In 2001, she won Best Actress at the Grand Bell Awards with her role in the movie "My Sassy Girl." Until today, she is still the youngest person to have won the award. In 2012, she starred in the movie "The Thieves." which topped the box office in Korea. In 2013, she returned to the small screen with a leading role in "My Love From the Star," which won her the Grand Prize for TV at the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards.
